Traditional Design/Bid
In the traditional design/bid
approach, homeowners first select an architect to work
with them in developing conceptual
plans. Comprehensive
project
plans are then drafted so that builders have the necessary information
to provide
construction cost proposals. SWS has worked with some of the leading
architects in the area
and respects the client–architect relationship; our goal is
to execute your vision with the finest craftsmanship and materials.
Single Source Design/Build
With SWS Builders’ single
source approach we simplify the project process and consolidate
all design and build services under one roof. Single source
design/build
streamlines communications, coordination, and responsibility.
It also allows homeowners to receive cost estimates early
in the design phase so that you don’t
end up with plans that you love, but that are outside of
